We're recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a well-respected organisation's Technology Change team. This isn't a role where you'll just be keeping plates spinning; you'll be shaping how delivery is done, championing best practice, and making a real impact on a high-profile technology portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading complex, high-priority technology projects from end-to-end
- Providing oversight of projects run by third parties and internal technical teams
- Driving continuous improvement within the Technology Change team
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced Project Managers
- Managing budgets, risks and governance with confidence and rigour
- Building strong relationships at executive and operational level
- Championing the organisation's delivery framework across the business

- Strong planning, reporting and stakeholder management skills
- Business readiness experience and change management knowledge
- Able to act as a mentor and role model; someone who leads by example
