We are supporting a leading international oil & gas and energy organisation in the search for a Senior UX Designer to join their growing product team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, user-focused designer to help shape the experience of digital products used by both customers and internal users across an international business.

The Role:
You will play a key role in improving the usability and overall experience of the company’s digital product suite. Working closely with product managers, developers and key stakeholders, you will translate product ideas into intuitive designs, user journeys and prototypes that deliver real value.
- Design and enhance user experiences across a range of digital products
- Apply user-centred design principles to create clear, intuitive interfaces
- Develop wireframes, user flows and prototypes to support product development
- Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to improve products through user insight and industry trends
- Support product releases and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design within a product-led environment
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and modern web technologies
- Experience working within Agile / product development teams
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Background in oil & gas, energy, software engineering, or product-based technology companies preferred
