The Role:
- Working closely with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and designing solutions tailored to specific projects and missions
- Developing, predominantly in Java, but experience in other areas like Python, Embedded-C, JavaScript, Linux etc would be hugely valuable
- Joining an established team of c.10 under the guidance and leadership of an experienced industry specialist
- Over time, you will have the chance to recruit into, lead and grow a small, focused team helping you to deliver on customer projects
To be considered, you will have:
- A background in software development in Java
- Experience on customer projects, external delivery, i.e. consultancy, agency, projects etc.
- Good experience in requirements gathering, analysis, technical documentation
- Flair for understanding, engaging and communicating with clients
