Our client is a well-established, product-led organisation currently scaling a major internal digital programme centred on a large property management portfolio. They're looking for a UX-focused Designer to join the delivery team, covering the full design lifecycle from discovery through to delivery. This role is fully remote, open to candidates across the UK, and given the nature of the work, applicants will need to be eligible for SC clearance.
What Is In It For You: Salary up to Β£65,000

Fully remote working, UK-wide

12 month fixed term contract - strong possibility for extension

33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

Life assurance

Learning and development opportunities

The Role: As UX Designer, you'll work within a Property Management Programme, covering the full design lifecycle from discovery and problem definition through to UI delivery, embedded in the project delivery team. Responsibilities include: Conducting research with stakeholders and end users, facilitating problem-framing sessions and translating source requirements into validated problem statements before design begins

Producing wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes aligned to an existing design system

Planning and running usability testing sessions, analysing behavioural data to iterate on designs and presenting findings to stakeholders and the wider design team

Working closely with engineering and product colleagues within an agile sprint cadence, while upholding design direction and standards

Facilitating workshops to build shared understanding of user needs across the team

Maintaining traceability between requirements and design output, feeding into a central insight repository

Key Skills To Be Considered: A strong UX focus - prioritising research, evidence and user validation over purely visual design

Practical experience with generative and evaluative research methods (interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing)

Confidence translating research findings for non-design stakeholders across business, product and engineering

Experience working with a property management portfolio and analysing complex, regulated environments

A background within a product-based company is highly desirable

Comfortable operating within agile, engineering-led delivery structures

Start-up experience is a great to have

A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant case studies

Eligibility for SC clearance

This is a strong opportunity for a UX-focused Designer to make a genuine impact on a large-scale property portfolio programme, within a business with a product-led heritage.
Please apply with your most up-to-date CV for consideration and a portfolio showcasing relevant case studies.
