We are working with an ambitious product company transforming how a well-established British industry operates. Their digital platform streamlines administration, adapts quickly to change and puts customers first. With launch approaching, they're seeking a Delivery Director to guide this pivotal phase, pulling the programme's strands together, making sharp calls on priorities and taking the product over the line. Far more than a coordination role, you'll remove blockers, partner with the board on key decisions, build trust with customers and stakeholders, and raise the bar on release quality.

The Role:
- Lead a compact, high-performing team, partnering closely with Engineering, Product and operational colleagues
- Take full ownership of delivery, launching on schedule, protecting quality and satisfying both investor and industry expectations
- Serve as the principal link between the company and its shareholders, maintaining strong relationships at senior level
- Manage budgets across the business, with backing from shareholder finance leaders
- Drive clients to take ownership of the programme's benefits through well-judged operating model choices
- Build solid governance in partnership with the board and launch readiness function, spotting, tracking and resolving risks across every workstream
- Influence how the platform is released, run and assured as the organisation grows
To Be Considered:
- Vast delivery experience in digital transformation, with proven success leading change from start to finish
- Deep expertise in product release management
- Confident across recognised delivery frameworks, Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid
- Certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, APMQ or Agile Scrum Master
- First-rate leadership, negotiation and communication skills, comfortable securing buy-in from senior decision-makers in complex organisations
- Knowledge of Service Design principles and Azure/Dynamics a strong plus
- Must have full right to work in the UK
