Sales Executive
UK Remote
Salary - Up to £40,000 Bright Purple is recruiting a 360 Sales Executive for a fast-growing Saa S company that's changing how organisations manage staff training and compliance.
Their platform brings everything into one place course libraries, custom content creation, compliance sign-off, and progress reporting so employers can stop chasing paperwork and start proving their teams are trained, certified, and audit-ready.
Customers span hospitality, charities, law firms, tour operators and attractions, and manufacturing sectors where distributed teams, high staff turnover, and regulatory pressure make consistent training genuinely hard to deliver.
This is a business selling a product that solves a real, felt problem, and a role where you'll own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal and beyond.
What You'll Do Run the complete 360 sales cycle: prospecting and outbound outreach, qualifying inbound leads, running product demos, negotiating, and closing new business.
Build and manage your own pipeline across target sectors, balancing new logo acquisition with expansion revenue from existing accounts.
Understand each prospect's staff engagement and training challenges turnover, onboarding time, compliance risk and translate them into a clear case for the platform.
Work closely with customer success post-sale to ensure smooth handover, strong adoption, and renewal/upsell opportunities.
Feed market and customer insight back into product and marketing to keep messaging sharp and relevant.
What We're Looking For Proven 360 sales experience (roughly 2 to 4 years), ideally in Saa S or a subscription-based product, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets across the full sales cycle.
Direct experience in staff engagement, employee experience, HR tech, or L&D either from a previous sales role selling into this space, or from a background working in staff engagement/HR functions yourself.
Confidence running consultative demos and handling objections from a range of buyers, from HR managers to operations directors and business owners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and genuine comfort working autonomously in a remote-first role.
A curious, consultative sales style more \"trusted advisor\" than \"hard closer.\"
