You love getting under the skin of a problem. You ask the right questions, document the real requirements, and make sure what gets built is actually what the business needs. Sound like you? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join the Technology team of a well-respected organisation, working alongside an experienced Lead BA and a wider project delivery team. You'll be involved in end-to-end analysis across a range of projects from scoping and workshops all the way through to testing and go-live.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering high-quality, end-to-end business analysis across multiple projects
  • Eliciting, documenting and managing business requirements from stakeholders at all levels
  • Producing process maps, As-Is and To-Be workflows, user stories and requirements catalogues
  • Supporting testing by working closely with the QA Manager to ensure requirements are met
  • Engaging and managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Working with the Change team to assess opportunities and agree improvement options
  • Peer reviewing BA outputs to maintain quality across the team

What we're looking for:

  • Solid BA experience across projects of varying size and complexity end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis tools, techniques and deliverables
  • Comfortable working in both Waterfall and Agile environments
  • Experienced in running workshops with mixed audiences
  • Hold (or working towards) a BCS, ISEB, IIBA or equivalent BA qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
