We are currently seeking a Senior Events Manager to join our growing Events Team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end event management across a portfolio of Bright Network’s flagship events, such as Women in Leadership, Black Heritage Future Leaders, and Internship Experience UK. You will lead the delivery of bespoke events for our clients, connecting employer partners and students through innovative networking opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end event management, including preparation and coordination of events, overseeing the smooth running of the day, and managing relevant budgets.
- Manage a portion of our current portfolio of event clients, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand client needs and drive positive ROI.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and vendors, acting as the first point of contact for issues.
- Be the first point of contact for student enquiries regarding events, from application through to post-event survey.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective promotion of events, reviewing and proofing print and digital marketing materials.
- Work with the Head of Events Delivery to develop Bright Network’s long-term Events Delivery strategy, supporting business growth plans.
Qualifications:
- Experienced project management and/or events management professional with expertise in delivering high-quality events.
- Keen to develop your expertise further as a key contributor to a high-performing events team in a fast-growth business.
- Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail, able to maintain a calm demeanour under pressure.
- Confident and articulate communicator with a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients, students, and vendors.
- Embodies values of growth mindset, will to win, and trusted to deliver, with a passion for building the workforce of tomorrow.
Benefits & Compensation:
