A key growth focus is Bright Apply, a chat-based screening tool for volume hiring that improves recruiter efficiency and candidate experience. Bright Apply is built in-house by our software team and is changing the face of volume hiring.

As we continue our growth, our B2B Marketing team seeks a Senior B2B Marketing Executive to contribute to end-to-end campaigns across events, content and digital, and to strengthen our brand and market presence. We offer a collaborative environment where sales, marketing and other teams work together to add value, with events driving attendance from hundreds of clients and prospects and a strong, organic inbound pipeline. This role provides an opportunity to lead a focused demand generation strategy and build on our current success.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and manage lead generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid LinkedIn, email, and website marketing.
  • Use analytic tools and reports to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement and inform future plans.
  • Own concept creation and promotion of webinars and in-person events that drive pipeline beyond brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure up-to-date and consistent product messaging across campaigns and Commercial Team sales conversations.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Team on key initiatives, translating commercial insights into marketing campaigns and maintaining revenue-focused alignment.
  • Manage our presence at third-party conferences and events and oversee relationships with third-party agencies and freelancers.

What we’re looking for (Qualifications)

  • Demand/lead generation SaaS B2B marketing experience in a role that collaborates closely with Sales & Commercial teams.
  • A data- and revenue-focused approach with a track record of achieving revenue-linked metrics in a scale-up environment.
  • Experience leading end-to-end campaign management, with familiarity of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience taking a new product to market and delivering marketing activity to support this.
  • Creative vision to brief designers and freelancers to create assets and content for lead generation campaigns.
