As we grow and scale, we are looking for an Events Management Intern to join our fast-paced Events Team over the summer months to support a number of our fantastic events!
The Role
- Supporting our Events Managers with end-to-end management of our wide portfolio of annual events.
- Assisting with projects that include overseeing the event application process, organising event logistics, helping curate our Student Leadership Boards and pre-event community engagement in our online community groups on LinkedIn.
- Assisting with post-event data analysis, organising and giving creative input on the creation of promotional materials, event programmes and conducting research for future events.

- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can be especially charismatic when interacting with high-profile clients and Bright Network members at virtual and in-person events.
- You pride yourself on being a diligent and reliable team player with strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- You’re keen to learn and willing to get stuck in to a collaborative team, but also able to use your initiative and work independently within a fast-paced work environment.

Salary: £25,000 per annum
Dates: June-September 2026 (we can be flexible on exact dates around your academic year)
