Warranties Specialist Sales Executive (All hot leads)
Location: Stockport
We are looking for a hungry and energetic sales professional who can earn great commission from hot leads. This role is ideal for experienced outbound salespeople in B2B or B2C settings who can work without cold calling, as all leads come from our sales team after customers purchase a vehicle.
CarLoans UK is a motor finance broker and one of the leading car finance providers in the UK. Once a customer has purchased a vehicle through our in-house sales team, the Warranties Specialist will discuss warranty options with the customer. All leads are hot and convert at a high rate.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers who have recently purchased a new vehicle through our sales team.
- Guide customers through their warranty options and payment terms to find a solution that fits their needs.
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
- Hit weekly set targets and KPIs.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with a flexible and creative problem solving approach and impeccable telephone manner.
- Strong objection handling ability.
- Professional, motivated, and passionate attitude.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of the motor finance sector is preferred but not essential.

- Generous UNCAPED commission structure – OTE Year 1 £40,000-£45,000.
