At Bright Money Group, home of CarLoansUK, we're one of the UK's leading motor finance brokers. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Performance Coach to join our Learning & Development team.
This is more than a training role. You'll be responsible for developing our people, improving performance, building confidence and helping our advisors deliver outstanding customer outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
The Opportunity
Working with both new and experienced advisors, you'll provide coaching, mentoring and practical support that makes a real difference.
Whether you're delivering engaging workshops, coaching advisors on the sales floor or supporting new starters through their onboarding journey, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of our sales teams. You'll work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to identify development opportunities, improve performance and create a culture where learning and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and one-to-one coaching.
- Support the onboarding and development of new advisors.
- Coach experienced advisors to maximise sales performance while maintaining compliant sales practices.
- Identify individual development needs and create tailored coaching plans.
- Work alongside Team Leaders to identify performance trends and coaching opportunities.
- Promote a positive learning culture that encourages growth, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity and exceptional customer focus.
Skills & Experience Required
You’ll be someone who loves developing people just as much as delivering results.
- A proven track record of success within a high‑performing sales environment.
- Previous experience within the UK motor finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of lenders, vehicle finance products and the end‑to‑end customer journey.
- A good understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or developing sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
- The ability to motivate others while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- A positive, enthusiastic and approachable attitude with a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
