The Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader with a strong background in paid marketing and performance acquisition. This role will take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy, budget, and execution, with a key focus on generating high-quality leads and delivering measurable ROI. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimise customer acquisition funnels, and work closely with senior leadership to support ambitious business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the internal marketing team, setting tasks and reviewing performance
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and display networks
  • Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing and conversion optimisation
  • Manage marketing budgets and deliver clear ROI reporting
  • Oversee SEO, email marketing, content strategy, and organic social activity
  • Analyse campaign performance using data and analytics tools to improve results continuously
  • Build and manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer journeys
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
  • Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role
  • Proven success managing high-performing paid marketing campaigns with significant budgets
  • Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, retargeting, and conversion tracking
  • Experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM systems
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or lead generation sectors preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Desirable Experience

  • Scaling marketing teams
  • Knowledge of compliance and FCA-regulated marketing environments
