Your role as Complaints Handler Executive:

  • Being the first point of contact for all after sales calls and emails
  • Dealing with customer needs in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customer correspondence is recorded on CRM system
  • Work closely with management and training team
  • To champion excellent customer service
  • To fully embrace treating customers fairly
  • Liaise with internal departments, dealers, lenders, mechanical engineers etc.

  • Evidence of working in a telephone based complaints role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Confident, and if necessary, authoritative on the phone

Candidate with the following experience or job titles including: Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Executive, Complaints Handler, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Complaints Officer, Customer Success Manager will also be considered.
