We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Room Leader to join our fantastic team in our Toddler classroom! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Room Leader, helping to guide and inspire the team while creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

  • Work in our modern Toddler Classroom with state-of-the-art facilities and outdoor space
  • Be part of a team led by our NDNA Award-Winning Manager, known for her focus on staff well-being and mentorship
  • Competitive salary with annual reviews and pay top-ups for higher qualifications:
  • Level 5: +£416 per year
  • Level 6: +£1040 per year
  • EYPS, QTS, EYITT: +£2,496 per year
  • We offer further opportunities for Level 5 and Level 6 qualifications. If you do not yet hold these qualifications, we actively encourage and support further professional training.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience in the Early Years sector
    • Passionate and caring educator who thrives in a team
    • Knowledge of EYFS and play-based learning
    • Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
    • Ideally, you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance
    • Experience of leading a team in an early years environment and managing a key group of children
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in leading
    • Empathetic, caring, and friendly
    • Excellent planning and organization skills
