We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Room Leader to join our fantastic team in our Toddler classroom! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Room Leader, helping to guide and inspire the team while creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.
- Work in our modern Toddler Classroom with state-of-the-art facilities and outdoor space
- Be part of a team led by our NDNA Award-Winning Manager, known for her focus on staff well-being and mentorship

- Level 5: +£416 per year
- Level 6: +£1040 per year
- EYPS, QTS, EYITT: +£2,496 per year

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the Early Years sector
- Passionate and caring educator who thrives in a team
- Knowledge of EYFS and play-based learning
- Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
- Ideally, you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance
- Experience of leading a team in an early years environment and managing a key group of children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in leading
- Empathetic, caring, and friendly
- Excellent planning and organization skills
