Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic MINIMUM Level 2 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our amazing team! - Ensure the safety and well-being of every child, creating a space where they feel secure and valued.
- Record and celebrate children's achievements and milestones with enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a magical, engaging atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in the Early Years sector
- Passionate and caring educator who thrives in a team
- Knowledge of EYFS and play-based learning
- Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
- Ideally, you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance
- Experience of leading a team in an early years environment and managing a key group of children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in leading
- Empathetic, caring, and friendly
- Excellent planning and organization skills
