Position Overview: We're on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic MINIMUM Level 2 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our amazing team!   • Ensure the safety and well-being of every child, creating a space where they feel secure and valued.
  • Record and celebrate children's achievements and milestones with enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in the Early Years sector.
  • Passionate and caring educator who thrives in a team.
  • Knowledge of EYFS and play-based learning.
  • Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent.
  • Ideally, you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance.
  • Experience of leading a team in an early years environment and managing a key group of children.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in leading.
  • Empathetic, caring, and friendly.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
