The predicted salary is between 35100 - 42700 £ per year.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Teacher at our Barnet branch. This is a team-based role within our Pre-school room, working closely with the Room Leader and a wider team of 5 dedicated educators. You will be based in a classroom of up to 32 children (ratio 1:8) and will play a key part in the day-to-day life of the room from teaching, supporting routines and working alongside colleagues to deliver high-quality practice.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • QTS OR EYITT QUALIFICATION (OR A WILLINGNESS TO STUDY TOWARDS THIS ALREADY HAVING COMPLETED AN EARLY YEARS HONOURS DEGREE)
  • Experience and confidence in leading a team
  • Ideally you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance.
  • An understanding of synthetic phonics and early reading.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, patient, empathetic, caring, and friendly.
