Bright Little Stars Nursery, Watford
Part Time: 30 hours per week | Set Shifts: 9am-3pm | Monday‑Friday – all year round
£12.23 per hour / £19,078 per annum
We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant to support the full‑time Nursery Chef in preparing and cooking meals for our children, ensuring a high standard of catering following the policies, procedures and legislative guidelines while maintaining our 5 Star Food Hygiene rating.
To Be Considered For This Role You Must Have:
- Understanding of the importance of health and hygiene
- Experience in a kitchen environment (nursery or school settings desirable)
- Understanding of catering for special diets, allergies and intolerances
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal
- Good timekeeping and organisational skills
- An enthusiastic, flexible, can‑do attitude
- Clear DBS
