Full Time – 40 hrs/week, Start JULY 2026
Salary: Up to £69,500K per annum! (Inclusive of up to 10% Appraisal Bonus and up to 10% Budgetary Performance Bonus)
Most Nursery Manager roles sound the same. This isn’t one of those roles. Most positions ask you to maintain a nursery. This one asks you to build one. We’re opening a brand-new nursery in Hornsey, and we’re looking for a proven Nursery Manager to lead it from day one.

Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Nursery Manager (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of EYFS & Ofsted
- Commercially aware (occupancy, budgets)
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ preferred)
- Leads with clarity, consistency, and professionalism
- Takes pride in developing people and maintaining standards
- Is motivated by quality, not just targets
