Recruiting for Supernumerary Deputy Manager. Salary — Up to £40,840.80 per annum inclusive of performance related bonus. Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday: All Year-round role (50 weeks per year).

Due to the well‑deserved internal promotion of our longstanding Deputy Manager into a Nursery Manager position, we are now excited to recruit a new Supernumerary (non-room based) 1st Deputy Manager to join our thriving Stratford nursery team. As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our nursery, leading a dedicated team across our classrooms while playing a key role in the growth and development of all children. You’ll work closely alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure a nurturing, stimulating, and high‑quality learning environment for children, families, and staff alike.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
  • Previous experience managing a team within a large early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, and early years legislation.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding childcare and early years education.
  • A positive, proactive, and inspiring attitude.
