About The Role

  • Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week
  • Salary: Up to £27,758.64 per annum, dependent on qualifications, experience, and including performance related bonus.
  • You will support the Room Leader in the Toddler classroom, help guide and inspire the team while creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the Early Years sector
  • Passionate and caring educator who thrives in a team
  • Knowledge of EYFS and play‑based learning
  • Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
  • Ideally, you must live within a 40‑minute commutable distance
  • Experience of leading a team in an early years environment and managing a key group of children
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in leading
  • Empathetic, caring, and friendly
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
