We have an exciting opportunity to become a Senior Residential Support Worker. Bright Life Living are looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven and want to work for an organisation that puts both children and their team first.
Salary: £14.00ph to £15.75ph PLUS sleep ins.

Job Requirements:
- A Full Manual UK Drivers Licence
- Experience working as a Residential Support Worker for at least 18 months
- A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
- The individual must be resilient, nurturing and empathetic towards young people and have a good understanding of therapeutic parenting
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce
