Bright Learning is a growing private training and tuition provider delivering vocational qualifications, employability training, Functional Skills, and tuition support across two Leicester centres. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised operations professional to help support the day-to-day running of a growing education and training business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating people and processes, taking ownership of responsibilities, and working within a fast-paced operational environment. You will work closely with leadership to help maintain smooth daily operations across learner support, enrolments, compliance processes, scheduling, customer service, and centre coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure high standards across learner experience and administration.
- Coordinate enrolments, learner communication, scheduling, assessments, examinations, and operational processes.
- Maintain operational systems, learner records, and compliance documentation accurately.
- Meet enrolment targets through proactive follow ups, enquiry handling and contributing towards achieving monthly student registration goals across the centres.
- Liaise with awarding bodies, learners, tutors, and external organisations professionally.
- Support operational planning, staff coordination, onboarding, and general centre organisation.
- Resolve day-to-day learner, customer service, and operational issues efficiently while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
- Work closely with leadership to support operational performance and continuous improvement across the centres.
