Set in a leafy suburb. The busy first-opinion clinic is more than just well-equipped—it’s a place where everyone works together to deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll be part of a skilled and dedicated team of vets, nurses, and support staff who value each other’s contributions and take pride in what they do.
They’re offering a full-time role of 40 hours per week, with the flexibility of either 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. If you’re seeking part-time hours, they are happy to explore options that suit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding clinical care in consultations and surgery, while communicating clearly and compassionately with clients. You’ll create tailored treatment plans with transparent costings, ensure high standards of compliance and professionalism, and work closely with your team to support their development and efficiency.
You’ll play a key role in fostering clinical excellence, sharing best practices and managing smooth patient handovers where necessary.
About You
You’re an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for high-quality patient care and a strong commitment to your team and clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a positive, proactive attitude to your work.
Ideally, you have experience supporting nurse-led consults and Schedule 3 procedures, and you understand how to use leadership and coaching to help others grow. You\’re comfortable taking initiative, embracing clinical development, and contributing to a progressive practice culture.
