The Opportunity
- Clinical Lead Role: Take the lead in a 6-vet practice, supported by a skilled Practice Manager and a team passionate about veterinary care.

- Veterinary surgeon role: To work and support the practice over a 4 day week with 1:3 weekends.

Your Role & Benefits
- Autonomy & Innovation: Share new ideas and work closely with the owners and Practice Manager.

- Flexible Working: Option for 4 or 5 days a week (40 hours), with flexibility available.
- Work-Life Balance: 1:3 weekends (Saturday only) and no Out of Hours responsibilities.
