An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and highly respected nursing team within a busy veterinary hospital environment. The team prides itself on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

This role offers the chance to work in a well-equipped hospital with a varied and rewarding caseload spanning both medical and surgical disciplines. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, including theatre work, CT support, inpatient care, nurse consultations, laboratory duties, and general nursing, ensuring no two days are the same.

The position is full-time, based on a 40-hour working week with a varied shift pattern. Weekend work forms part of the rota on a one-in-eight basis, covering Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 6pm, with support from both a Registered Veterinary Nurse and Nursing Assistant team. Time off in lieu is provided during the following week, and importantly, there are no out-of-hours commitments due to the support of a dedicated night team. Bank Holiday cover is offered on a voluntary basis.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified RVN with a positive and collaborative approach, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospital setting and thrives on variety. Strong communication and clinical skills are essential, alongside a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient and client care.

The role offers a salary ranging from £27,943 to £35,672, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
