Location: Swindon, Veterinary Hospital
Salary: Up to £65,000 D.O.E.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week, 4-day week with a 1 in 8 weekend rotation (2 days in lieu the following week)
Are you a passionate Veterinary Surgeon with a strong surgical focus? Our client in Swindon is looking for someone like you to join our supportive and collaborative team! This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a friendly, multi-disciplinary hospital environment and is eager to develop both personally and professionally.
About the Role:
• Full-time position with a 4-day working week and minimal on-call duties (thanks to an on site ECC team).
• Primarily based at the hospital, with some rotation through the consulting-only branches.
• Join a close-knit team of 13 Vets and enjoy an open culture of case discussions and shared learning.
• They are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a Surgical Certificate (or those pursuing one).
Key Requirements:
Veterinary Degree registrable in the UK for full MRCVS status. Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Passion for teamwork and a commitment to providing excellent care.
