Role
- Use clinical expertise to support patient triage, ensuring pets are prioritized appropriately and directed to the right team at the right time.
- Oversee appointment coordination across multiple workstreams to maximize efficiency and ensure clients and patients are seen promptly.
- Communicate with clients through digital platforms, telephone calls, and face‑to‑face interactions, providing accurate guidance, answering enquiries, and supporting owners throughout their pet’s journey with professionalism and compassion.
- Assist with repeat prescriptions, medication dispensing, and maintaining pharmacy standards to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective stock control.
- Handle administrative duties such as insurance queries, following up cases, supporting debt‑management processes, and resolving day‑to‑day client concerns before they escalate.
- Provide leadership and line‑management support to the client‑services team as the clinic grows, including involvement in a rota delivering an exceptional client experience across in‑person, telephone, and digital communication channels.
Candidate Profile
- RVN‑qualified professional with a minimum of two years’ experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
