A new 24-hour veterinary hospital in South Wales is opening in early 2027, providing round-the-clock emergency and inpatient care.
The hospital will deliver accessible, high-quality veterinary services with a focus on affordable treatment through free daytime consultations, low-cost out-of-hours appointments, and transparent pricing.
This is a brand-new hospital from the outset with an opportunity to shape its future.
Responsibilities
- Inpatient and Emergency Veterinary Surgeon responsible for managing hospitalised patients and emergency admissions.
- Deliver high-quality medical care and perform emergency procedures as required.
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care and a diverse caseload.
- Candidate Profile
- Experienced veterinary surgeon with excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Role Details
Role is based on a three-week rolling rota, averaging 36.6–40.3 hours per week, with shifts of 10–11 hours during the day and a one-in-three weekend commitment.
