My client is on the lookout for a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and experienced team. Ideally, you'll have a few years of clinical experience and will have a genuine passion for early diagnostics, a commitment to comprehensive patient care, and a drive for ongoing clinical growth.
This modern, purpose-built practice is equipped with excellent facilities, and they are proud of their passionate, skilled team. Many of the vets are certificate holders or are working towards further qualifications, helping to deliver a high standard of care to every patient.
You'll play a key role in providing preventative healthcare, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, and managing cases with consistency and compassion. A strong focus on animal welfare is essential. They are keen to find a clear communicator, a collaborative team player, and someone who thrives in a supportive, close-knit environment that includes both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
Your Working Week
- Full-time vets typically work a 4-day week, with a regular day off to support work-life balance.
- Each shift is 9 hours, including a balanced mix of consulting and surgery.
- A dedicated hour for admin is included daily, ensuring you stay on top of your caseload without encroaching on personal time.
- Weekend cover follows a 1-in-4 rota.
