We invite a confident and motivated veterinary surgeon to step into a leadership role and shape the future of a dedicated team in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate has excellent surgical skills, a passion for clinical excellence, and a genuine desire to mentor others and contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice.

Working Conditions
This full-time position offers a four-day working week, totaling 40 hours, with participation in a one-in-five full weekend rota. You will work alongside three experienced vets and four skilled registered veterinary nurses who share a strong sense of teamwork and commitment.
Clinic Facilities
The clinic is modern and well-equipped, featuring three operating theatres, a dedicated dental suite, digital X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and an in-house laboratory. Separate cat and dog wards, surgical areas, on-site boarding kennels, a cattery, and a grooming parlour are also available.
