My client is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Farm Clinical Director to join a dedicated farm-only veterinary practice in South East Cornwall. This senior clinical role offers the opportunity to take a leadership position within the vet team, working closely with the Farm Practice Manager to shape the overall performance and strategic direction of the practice.
As Farm Clinical Director, you will provide clinical guidance and oversight, ensuring the team delivers the highest standards of veterinary care. You will take the lead on clinical standards, support the Farm Practice Manager, and oversee the delivery of government OV work. The role involves delivering high-quality clinical services to clients, with opportunities to focus on proactive, consultancy-led dairy work.
The team comprises seven farm vets, three ATT, and a veterinary technician, all passionate about delivering proactive, high-quality care across beef, sheep, and dairy. They provide innovation, collaboration, and support, embracing novel herd health planning, preventative medicine, and progressive clinical approaches.
