My lovely client in Lincoln is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead its talented team and support the continued development of clinical excellence within the practice. The role requires a dedicated veterinary professional to take a leadership position within the surgery’s management team. The successful candidate will drive improvements in clinical standards, support colleagues through coaching and development, and help deliver exceptional evidence‑based care across the practice.
The practice is modern and purpose‑built, equipped with excellent facilities and the latest technology, providing a high‑quality working environment where veterinary professionals can further develop their skills and expand services offered to clients and patients. The team includes colleagues with a wide range of clinical interests and specialisms.
