My clients are looking for an accomplished and inspiring Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their brand new hospital opening next spring.
You\’ll work alongside a Clinical Director to uphold clinical excellence, nurture team development, and shape the continued success of this thriving small animal practice.

In this pivotal role, you\’ll oversee the hospital\’s day-to-day caseload and operations, support the smooth transition into the new premises, mentor colleagues (including graduates), and contribute strategically as part of the senior leadership team.
You\’ll also act as a key representative of values and clinical standards.
To meet the requirements of our PSS Hospital status, applicants must hold a postgraduate certificate, ideally with a focus on internal medicine or imaging.
Previous leadership experience is essential, and they actively support further qualification — six of the clinicians already hold advanced certificates, including Advanced Practitioners in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery.
