Head Veterinary Nurse
I’m working with a client in North London, located close to Stoke Newington and Finsbury Park who are looking for an experienced and confident RVN to take on a key leadership role within its busy, community‑focused practice. The position is offered on a full‑time basis, although part‑time hours can also be considered for the right candidate.
This would suit a proactive Veterinary Nurse who enjoys remaining involved in clinical work while also taking responsibility for supporting and developing a nursing team. The successful candidate will help maintain excellent standards of patient care, mentor nurses and students, and work closely with the practice leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and help shape the future direction of the practice.
The role offers plenty of variety, combining hands‑on nursing with clinical leadership. The Head Nurse will play an important part in creating a positive and supportive working environment, encouraging colleagues to develop their skills and ensuring the nursing team continues to provide consistently high‑quality care to patients and clients.
