An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is keen to further develop their surgical expertise within a welcoming and supportive practice environment.

Located in the market town of Daventry, this position provides the chance to take the lead on all surgical work within the practice. As there are no other vets with a primary surgical focus in the team, all relevant cases will be directed to this role. This allows the successful candidate to build confidence, broaden their surgical skill set, and establish a strong and varied caseload. The practice is well‑equipped, featuring ultrasound, ECG, dental facilities, an in‑house laboratory, and dedicated wards for cats and dogs.

This is a full‑time position of 40 hours across four days, though part‑time applications are also considered. The role includes a weekend rota of either one in three Saturdays or one in six full weekends, with no out‑of‑hours requirements.
