This is a lively, rapidly developing area with excellent transport connections, including the Elizabeth Line, DLR and Thames Clipper, providing convenient access from across London and Kent.
The practice benefits from a loyal client base and well-equipped facilities, offering a varied caseload of cats, dogs, birds and small mammals. The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced nursing and client care team, helping to ensure high standards of clinical care and a positive experience for both patients and their owners.
This opportunity would suit a confident Veterinary Surgeon with at least one year of small animal experience who enjoys a combination of consultations and surgery. The role involves delivering high-quality veterinary care, developing strong relationships with clients and working closely with colleagues to maintain excellent standards of patient welfare, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
The position includes a 1-in-6 weekend rota at the main hospital site, providing the opportunity to collaborate with a wider clinical team and benefit from the support of a larger veterinary network, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
