Bright Kids was established in 1999 and since has been delivering high quality childcare by promoting learning through stimulating, creative play activities. Due to our continuing growth we are currently in search of motivated, happy, enthusiastic individuals who can bring passion, creativity, laughter and learning into our authentic homely environments across the West Midlands to support our wonderful little Einsteins.
We are seeking a Senior Nursery Practitioner who is Level 3 (or above!) qualified in Early Years on a permanent basis for our setting in Studley, Warwickshire.

- Flexible working. Yes we have to be open 51 weeks of the year and offer childcare services from 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday but we do appreciate the need for flexible hours. Therefore we are always open to flexible working arrangements where possible – just ask us!

We are an established company and have been providing childcare services for over 26 years. As such we are pretty good at what we do and our sister training company MBK Early Years was born out of this expertise and knowledge, providing training and consultancy externally across the sector. This means our staff have access to high quality, up to date training from the basics required such as Paediatric First Aid to training that will broaden your knowledge such as Building Self-Regulation in Early Years and Delivering Awe and Wonder – Building Curiosity.
The perfect Candidate will tick all the boxes below- Be level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years.

While our positions are ideally full-time on a rotating shift pattern between 7.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday, we are happy to discuss part time and flexible working pattern options. Salary: Up to £26,845 per annum (subject to age, experience and qualification held and includes attendance bonus scheme).
Subsidised Childcare up to 50% off fees. The subsidised childcare offers 50% off childcare fees for fee paying staff members until funded hours are provided. At this point the discount becomes 25% off any remaining nursery fees after the funded hours are deducted. First month nursery fees are free of charge (please note if a successful probationary period is not completed, this monthly fee will be owed to the nursery).
