Bright Kids was established in 1999 and has been delivering high quality childcare by promoting learning through stimulating, creative play activities. Due to our continuing growth, we are currently in search of motivated, happy, enthusiastic individuals who can bring passion, creativity, laughter and learning into our authentic homely environments across the West Midlands to support our wonderful little Einsteins.
We are seeking a Deputy Manager on a temporary, full-time basis for our setting in Studley, Warwickshire.

We are an established company providing childcare services for over 26 years. Our sister training company MBK Early Years provides training and consultancy externally across the sector, giving our staff access to high quality, up to date training.
The perfect Candidate will tick all the boxes below- Be level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years.

While our positions are ideally full-time on a rotating shift pattern between 7.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday, we are happy to discuss flexible working pattern options. Salary: Up to £29,300.00 per annum (subject to age, experience and qualification held and includes attendance bonus scheme).
