We’re looking for a Room Leader to join our Raynes Park Nursery, situated just a 5 minute walk from Raynes Park train station, with excellent public transport links, including several bus stops within a few minutes walk. There is also some on-street parking close by.
Our Bright Horizons Raynes Park Day Nursery is based just a short walk from the high street- great for grabbing a coffee at lunch time! The lovely 62-place setting is recently Ofsted rated \’Good\’ and features large and well-resourced rooms, and a great outdoor garden with play equipment.

The Role
As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exception care and education, to help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones. You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
