Bright Horizons Barnes is seeking a passionate Room Leader to lead a Baby and Toddlers room in Barnes, London. This full‑time role involves mentoring a team, delivering high‑quality early years learning, and ensuring safeguarding and welfare for every child.

You will work 40 hours across 4 or 5 days with a focus on EYFS principles, with a strong emphasis on partnerships with parents and colleagues. An enhanced DBS and a supportive development programme are available.
