We’re looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Trafford nursery. Our Bright Horizons Trafford is Ofsted rated “Outstanding” and offers a large garden with plenty of themed spaces for children to improve their motor skills and expand their curiosity.

The Role
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!
Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
What we’re looking for
Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
