Nursery – Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery

Salary – Β£12.94 – Β£15ph (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Farnham Day Nursery. Our Farnham nursery is a 92 place nursery and is Ofsted rated \’Double Outstanding\’ and is based locally to Farnham town centre with local transport links.

The Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!

Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.

What we’re looking for

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
