Nursery – Bright Horizons WoodLand Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary – Starting from Β£26,936 – Β£27,996.80 per annum / Β£12.95-Β£13.46 per hour (full time equivalent, dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Hours – Permanent | Mon-Fri | 20 Hours Per Week

We are looking for a part time, Level 2 or 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons WoodLand nursery to support over the lunch time period.

The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated β€˜Good’ and is situated in Gaydon, Warwickshire, just off the M40 on the Jaguar Land Rover site. It consists of age based rooms supporting children from 3 months to 5 years old and has cosy reading corners, imagination play areas and sensory corners for all to enjoy. The nursery also includes a bright outdoor space for the children to play in.

    The Role:

    As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
