Bright Horizons UK is seeking a Safeguarding Divisional Lead to provide safeguarding oversight across a designated region, supporting DSLs and nursery teams to identify risks and respond to concerns.

The role includes nursery visits, training delivery, and coaching to ensure compliance with safeguarding policies across multiple sites.

The role is full-time, field-based with weekly travel across London, Oxford, Bristol, Surrey, Hertfordshire, and Warwickshire.
