Purpose: Manage BHFS’s Internal Audit activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness of operational and information systems controls.
Responsibilities:
- Develop audit objectives, plans, and scope.
- Schedule audits and allocate resources.
- Communicate with management and resolve audit issues.
- Supervise audits and review procedures for compliance.
- Document audit objectives and develop audit programs.
- Ensure accurate execution of audit programs.
- Assess audit objectives and capture gaps.
- Review work papers and support findings.
- Ensure timely and accurate audit reports.
- Facilitate audit process and resolve issues.
- Evaluate auditor performance and provide training.
- Pursue professional development opportunities.
- Maintain productive relationships with auditees and staff.
- Perform related work as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of auditing or accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant or international equivalent.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (a plus).
