Salary: £DOE + car allowance

Location: Field-based (London & East - Cambs Essex). Travel required to our nurseries each day.

About the Role

As a key leader at Bright Horizons UK, the Regional Director oversees operations across multiple nurseries, ensuring excellence in people management, quality, and growth. This includes regular site visits, strategic planning, and driving performance in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support nursery management teams, promoting company values and culture
  • Drive improvements in quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Implement strategies for people development and business growth
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and consistent policy application
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing on key initiatives

  • Proven experience managing 15+ sites in a regulated service sector
