About the Role: Join Bright Horizons as a Quality and Regulatory Specialist! You'll ensure our nurseries meet regulatory standards for care and education in England and Scotland. Your role includes conducting audits, supporting training, and advising on best practices in safeguarding and special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality and Regulatory Standards audits.
- Provide clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations.
- Advise and coach nursery managers on best practices.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and policy development.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree - Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education
- Experience of working in a similar role at a senior level
- Experienced Early Childhood Specialist with management experience
- Proven track record in quality improvement and regulatory compliance
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
