What you’ll do:

  • Work within a KPI and regulated environment
  • Handle inbound calls, provide information, explain benefit options and entitlements
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries
  • Escalate enquiries to the right departments
  • Educate customers on policies and processes
  • Maintain accurate case records and meet performance standards

What we’re looking for:

  • Contact centre experience (inbound essential)
  • Ability to work to KPIs and handle high call volumes
  • Attend Two Weeks of onsite training in Manchester
